Canadian owners wishing to bring their Canadian Saturn vehicle(s) into the U.S. or U.S. owners wishing to bring their Saturn vehicle(s) into Canada on a permanent basis must satisfy certain documentation requirements related to safety, and emissions certification.

In order to receive this documentation, the owner should be referred to GM of Canada, Consumer Relations, and ask to speak with the Saturn Vehicle Department in regards to compliance documentation. The phone number when calling from Canada is (800) 263-1999. When calling from the U.S. it is (905) 644-5932.

When making a request for documentation, you must provide the model, model year, complete VIN, and an address or fax number where the documentation needs to be sent. This documentation can be sent to either the customer or directly to the customs office.
