Makes 🢒 Saturn 🢒 2004 🢒 L300/LW300 🢒 Suspension 🢒 Rear Suspension 🢒 Trailing Arm Bushing Replacement

Tools Required

    • KM-671 Bushing Remover/Installer
    • KM-906-B Bushing Remover/Installer

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the trailing arm from the vehicle. Refer to Trailing Arm Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 891565 Size: SH
  2. Using the KM-671 and KM-906-B , assemble the KM-906-62, KM-906-61 and KM-671 arbor and press out the upper and lower control arm bushings.
  3. Remove the M-906-62, KM-906-61, KM-671 arbor and bushing from the trailing arm.

    4. Object Number: 891573 Size: SH
  4. Using the KM-671 and KM-906-B , assemble the KM-906-41, KM-906-44 and KM-671 arbor and press out the trailing arm front bushing.
  5. Remove the KM-906-41, KM-906-44, KM-671 arbor and bushing from the trailing arm.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 891576 Size: SH
  1. Using the KM-671 and KM-906-B , assemble the KM-906-42, KM-906-43, KM-671 arbor and bushing to press in the trailing arm front bushing.
  2. Remove the KM-906-42, KM-906-43, and KM-671 arbor from the trailing arm.

    3. Object Number: 891569 Size: SH
  3. Using the KM-671 and KM-906-B , assemble the KM-906-63, KM-906-64 and KM-671 arbor and press in the upper and lower control arm bushings.
  4. Remove the M-906-63, KM-906-64, and KM-671 arbor from the trailing arm.
  5. Install the trailing arm to the vehicle. Refer to Trailing Arm Replacement .
