The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the described symptoms in the PI.
Condition/Concern:
Lower edge of the rear fascia is not even or appears to sag in the middle. During transportation the parts are supported by the outter approx. 1 foot of the fascia and the middle is unsupported. This rack design allows the operator to walk back into the rack to retreave parts on the line. The plastic fascia material takes a set with the outboard portion of the fascia higher than the middle.
Recommendation/Instructions:
Use a heat gun to warm the outboard portion of the fascia and then pull that portion downward. Continualy move the heat gun so no one spot is being overheated which could cause paint damage.
