Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement or Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  2. Remove the door water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement or Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .

    3. Object Number: 416286 Size: SH
  3. Loosen the armrest bracket to door upper bolt.
  4. Remove the armrest bracket to door lower bolt.
  5. Lift the armrest bracket up and away from the door to remove.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 416286 Size: SH
  1. Align the armrest bracket to the armrest bracket to door upper bolt.
  2. Install the lower armrest bracket to door lower bolt.

    3. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  3. Tighten the armrest bracket to door upper and lower bolts.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  4. Install the door water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement or Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  5. Install the door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement or Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
