Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 477520 Size: SH
  1. Remove the instrument panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement .
  2. Remove the following components from the instrument panel:
    3. 2.1. The screw (2)
    2.2. The air distribution center duct (1)

    Object Number: 477521 Size: SH
  3. Remove the following components from the instrument panel:
    4. 3.1. The 4 screws (1)
    3.2. The windshield defroster outlet duct (2)
    3.3. The heater duct

    Object Number: 477526 Size: SH
  4. Remove the screw (3) from the left side of the rear of the instrument panel (1) which secures the IP wiring harness (2).

    5. Object Number: 477525 Size: SH
  5. Remove the 2 screws (1) from the center of the rear of the instrument panel (3) which secure the IP wiring harness (2).

    6. Object Number: 477526 Size: SH
  6. Remove the screw (3) from the right side of the rear of the instrument panel (1) which secures the IP wiring harness (2).

    7. Object Number: 477522 Size: SH
  7. Disconnect all necessary electrical connectors.
  8. Release the wiring harness retainers and remove the IP wiring harness (2) from the IP reinforcement (1).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 477522 Size: SH
  1. Install the IP wiring harness (2) to the IP reinforcement (1). Secure the harness with the plastic retainers.
  2. Connect all electrical connectors.

    3. Object Number: 477526 Size: SH
  3. Install the screw (3) to the left side of the rear of the instrument panel (1) which secures the IP wiring harness (2).

    4. Object Number: 477525 Size: SH
  4. Install the 2 screws (1) to the center of the rear of the instrument panel (3) which secure the IP wiring harness (2).

    5. Object Number: 477526 Size: SH
  5. Install the screw (3) to the right side of the rear of the instrument panel (1) which secures the IP wiring harness (2).

    6. Object Number: 477521 Size: SH
  6. Install the heater duct to the instrument panel.
  7. Install the windshield defroster outlet duct (2) to the instrument panel. Secure the outlet duct with the 4 screws (1).

    8. Object Number: 477520 Size: SH
  8. Install the air distribution center duct (1) to the instrument panel. Secure the center duct with the screw (2).
  9. Install the instrument panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement .
