J 38778 Door Trim Pad and Garnish Clip Remover

1. Open the hood.
2. Install a protective covering over the fenders in order to prevent damage to the paint.
3. Remove the wiper arm assemblies. Refer to Windshield Wiper Arm Replacement in Wipers/Washer System.
4. Disconnect the washer tubing from the air inlet screen.



5. Using J 38778 , remove the air inlet grille push-in retainers (1).
6. Remove the air inlet grille (2) from the vehicle.

1. Position the air inlet grille (2) to the vehicle.
2. Install the air inlet grille push-in retainers (1).
3. Connect the washer tubing to the air inlet screen.
4. Install the wiper arms and blade assemblies. Refer to Windshield Wiper Arm Replacement in Wipers/Washer Systems.
5. Remove the protective covering from the fender.
6. Close the hood.
