Front Bumper Fascia Energy Absorber Replacement Z24

1. Remove the fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement .



2. Remove the push-pin retainers (2).
3. Remove the energy absorber (3) from the impact bar (1).

1. Install the energy absorber (3) to the impact bar (1).
2. Install the push-pin retainers (2).
3. Install the fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement .

Front Bumper Fascia Energy Absorber Replacement All Models Except Z24

1. Remove the fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement .



2. Drill out the rivets (4).
3. Remove the energy absorber  (3) from the impact bar (1).

1. Install the energy absorber (3) to the impact bar (1).
2. Align the rivet holes.
3. Install the rivets (4).
4. Install the fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement .
