Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2000 🢒 Cavalier 🢒 HVAC 🢒 Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning 🢒 Floor Air Outlet Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the console. Refer to Console Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
  2. Move the floor carpet aside in order to access the rear floor outlet duct connections.
  3. Unsnap the floor outlet duct from the heater outlet cover.
  4. Unsnap both of the rear floor outlet ducts from the floor outlet duct.
  5. Remove the floor outlet duct.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the floor outlet duct to the heater outlet cover.

    2. The duct snaps to the cover.

  2. Install the floor outlet duct over the stud and slide into position.
  3. Install both of the rear floor outlet ducts to the floor outlet duct.

    4. The rear ducts are fully seated when they snap in position.

  4. Position the carpet back in place.
  5. Install the console. Refer to Console Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
