  1. Install a NEW gasket onto the thermostat housing.

    2. Object Number: 1848527 Size: SH
  2. Install the thermostat housing.

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1848546 Size: SH
  3. Install the thermostat housing bolts. Ensure to install the short bolts (1) and the long bolt (2) in the proper position and tighten to 10 N·m (89 lb in).
