Anti-Lock Brakes:

If the vehicle is equipped with anti-lock brakes, refer to the Owner Manual portion of your Owner's Handbook for additional important information.

Clutch System Service:

Check the hydraulic clutch system reservoir fluid level and add fluid as needed. Refer to the Owner Manual portion of your Owner's Handbook for further details.

Restraint System Check:

Make sure safety belt warning light and all your belts, buckles, latch plates, retractors and anchorages are working properly. Look for any loose, damaged, torn or frayed, safety belt system parts. If you see anything that might keep a safety belt from doing it job, have it repaired. Also, look for any opened or broken air bag covers, and have them repaired or replaced. (The air bag system does not need regular maintenance.)

Body Lubrication Service:

Lubricate all the body door hinges, check links, e.g., hood sunroof, and headlight door assemblies (if equipped) every 6 months or 6,000 miles (10,000 km). Also, lubricate all interior hinges and latches, e.g., glove box and any folding seat hardware.
