Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 864611 Size: SH
  1. Remove outer belt seal end cap screw.

    2. Important: A putty knife with the blade covered with tape may be needed to gently pry belt seal from flange.

  2. Starting at front, lift outer belt seal.

Installation Procedure
  1. Press outer belt seal onto outer belt flange.
  2. Check alignment at front edge of door.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Install and tighten outer belt seal end cap.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the rear door outer-sealing strip belt seal to 2 N·m (18 lb in).
