The purpose of this bulletin is to communicate a correction to the 2003 Saturn ION and 2004 Saturn L-Series Service Manuals. The telephone number listed for obtaining radio unlock codes when the customer unlock code is unknown is incorrect. The phone number is listed in the Service Manuals as 1-800-225-2306. The correct phone number is
