Makes 🢒 Saturn 🢒 2004 🢒 L300/LW300 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 3.0L (L81) 🢒 Intake Manifold Installation

    Object Number: 894320 Size: SH

    Important: Ensure that the bolts and the bolt holes are clean and free of contaminants.

  1. Install the intake manifold spacer and install the intake manifold spacer seals.
  2. Install the intake manifold spacer bolts.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Apply LOCTITE® 242 thread locker to the spacer bolt. Tighten using the torque sequence shown.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the intake manifold spacer bolt to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).

  4. Install the intake manifold.
  5. Install the intake manifold bolts, and apply LOCTITE® 242 thread locker.

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the intake manifold bolts to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).
