For 1990-2009 cars only
- Open the hood. See Hood Release for more information.
- Remove push-pin fasteners from the grill assembly.
- Tilt the grill assembly forward and lift it up to remove it from the vehicle.
- Remove the fasteners from the headlamp assembly.
- Push the headlamp housing lever up to disengage the headlamp housing from the headlamp housing pocket.
- Rotate the bulb socket being replaced counterclockwise 1/4 of a turn while pressing the socket in firmly. Pull the socket rearward until the bulb clears the headlamp housing, and lift it up to access the bulb.
- Disconnect the wire connector from the bulb by lifting the lock tab and pulling it away from the plastic base.
- Remove the bulb assembly and replace it with the appropriate bulb.
