Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 896490 Size: SH
  1. Remove the left lower I/P closeout panel (hush panel) push pins.
  2. Remove the left lower I/P closeout panel (hush panel) from the vehicle.

    3. Object Number: 897100 Size: SH
  3. Remove the HVAC duct push pin and remove the duct from the vehicle.

    4. Object Number: 891977 Size: SH
  4. Remove the wire harness channel from the clutch pedal bracket.

    5. Object Number: 892027 Size: SH
  5. Disconnect the clutch start switch electrical connector.

    6. Object Number: 892026 Size: SH
  6. Remove the clutch start switch.
  7. Insert the feeler gage between the switch and clutch pedal bracket to release the switch locking tab.
  8. Slide the switch downward to remove from bracket.

  9. Disconnect the clutch cruise switch electrical connector.

    10. Object Number: 892223 Size: SH
  10. Remove the clutch cruise switch.
    11. 10.1. Slide out the red locking collar.
    10.2. Depress the side tabs and remove the switch.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 892026 Size: SH
  1. Install the clutch start switch.
  2. Insert the tabs of the switch in the bracket and slide the switch upward until the locking tab engages.

    3. Object Number: 892223 Size: SH
  3. Install the clutch cruise switch.
    4. 3.1. Pull out the red locking collar.
    3.2. Depress the sides and install the switch.
    3.3. Slide the red locking collar back into the lock position.
  4. Connect the clutch cruise switch and clutch start switch electrical connectors.

  5. Install the clutch master cylinder push rod to clutch pedal.

    6. Object Number: 891977 Size: SH
  6. Install the wire harness channel.

    7. Object Number: 897100 Size: SH
  7. Install the HVAC duct work.

    8. Object Number: 896490 Size: SH
  8. Install the left lower I/P closeout panel (hush panel).
