The fuel tank pressure sensor is located on top of the fuel pump module cover.

1. Remove the fuel tank from the vehicle.
2. Remove the retaining nut.
3. Disengage the sensor from the fuel pump module cover.

Notice: To facilitate installation of the tank pressure sensor into its mounting boss on the fuel pump module cover, lightly lubricate the multi-ribbed seal on the tank pressure sensor. A drop of clean engine oil is sufficient.

1. Install the tank pressure sensor into the fuel pump module cover mounting boss.
2. Install the retaining nut.

Tighten
Tighten the fuel tank pressure sensor nut to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

3. Install the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Installation.
