Removal Procedure
  1. Disconnect the intake air temperature (IAT) electrical connector.

    2. Object Number: 896333 Size: SH
  2. Remove the air cleaner lid:
    3. 2.1. Loosen the hose clamp at the throttle body.
    2.2. Slide off the hose assembly at the throttle body.
    2.3. Unclamp the air cleaner lid.
    2.4. Remove the air cleaner lid, IAT sensor, and hose as an assembly.
  3. Remove the air cleaner from the air box.

  4. Remove the air box mount bolt.
  5. Remove the air box.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 896381 Size: SH
  1. Install the air box. Ensure that the lower pin engages into the rubber mount grommet and that the lower duct fits into the resonator outlet.
  2. Install the air box mount bolt.
  3. Install the air cleaner.

    4. Object Number: 896333 Size: SH
  4. Install the air cleaner lid. Ensure that the lid hinge is fully engaged in the air box slots or the lid may not properly seal.
  5. Slide the flexible hose and hose clamp on the throttle body.
  6. Tighten the hose clamp.
  7. Connect the IAT electrical connection.
