Caution: During normal operation, the o-ring located in the female connector will swell and may prevent proper connection if not lubricated.

  1. Ensure that the connectors are clean.
  2. Apply a few drops of clean engine oil to the male connector ends.
  3. Push the connectors together in order to cause the retaining tabs/fingers to snap into place.
  4. Once installed, pull on both ends of each connection in order to ensure that the connection is secure.
  5. Notice: Do not attempt to straighten the kinked nylon fuel lines. Replace any kinked nylon fuel feed or return lines in order to prevent damage to the vehicle.

  6. After you connect all of the lines, crank the engine for a few seconds. Turn OFF the engine if the engine starts.
