J 38778 Door Trim Pad Clip Remover

1. For the coupe only, gently pull up on the rear door lower striker cover. Remove the cover.
2. Remove the plastic retaining fasteners along the bottom of the rocker panel molding.
3. Remove the plastic fastener from the front and rear wheelhouse liner to the rocker panel support.
4. Slide the rocker panel molding forward. Remove the molding from the rocker panel support.



5. For the Turner coupe only, use a 7.5 mm (9/64 in) drill bit to drill out the rivets.
6. Remove the rocker panel molding from the rocker panel extension.

1. For the Turner coupe only, install the rivets between the rocker panel molding and the extension panel.



2. Position the rocker panel molding to the vehicle.
3. Slide the rocker panel molding rearward to lock the molding into place.
4. Install the rocker panel plastic fasteners in the front and rear wheelhouse liners to the rocker panel molding.
5. Install the plastic retaining fasteners along the bottom of the rocker panel molding.
6. For the coupe only, install the rear door lower striker cover. Push on both ends of the cover until the cover locks into place.
