Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 876145 Size: SH
  1. Remove the outer door panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Outer Panel Replacement.
  2. Remove the sound insulator. Apply only enough pressure to release the insulator from the door panel.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 876145 Size: SH

    Important: Ensure that the attaching point are clean and dry. Replace any insulator that was damaged during removal.

  1. Using the locating holes, carefully align the sound insulator to the door panel.

    2. Important: If the adhesive on the insulator does not stick, use 3M® Silver Duct Tape P/N 06975 or equivalent to adhere the insulator to the door panel.

  2. Install the outer door panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Outer Panel Replacement.
