Removal Procedure
- Open the rear compartment.
- Pull back the rear compartment trim from the right rear corner in order to expose the quarter outer panel pressure relief valve.
- Press the clips on the pressure relief valve and push out.
- Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
- Reach between the quarter panel and the space frame to remove the pressure relief valve.
Installation Procedure
- Reach between the quarter panel and the space frame to install the pressure relief valve.
- Push on the pressure relief valve to secure the valve.
- Lower the vehicle.
- Verify that the pressure relief valve is fully installed.
- Reposition the right rear compartment trim.
- Close the rear compartment.
