Removal Procedure


    Object Number: 877771  Size: SH
  1. Pull out on the accessory trim plate in order to release the retaining fasteners.

  2. Object Number: 877774  Size: SH
  3. Disconnect the accessory trim plate electrical connector(s).

  4. Object Number: 873751  Size: SH
  5. Remove the screws from the radio and pull the radio out.

  6. Object Number: 873752  Size: SH
  7. Disconnect the radio electrical connectors and remove the radio.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 873752  Size: SH
  1. Place the radio in the vehicle and connect the radio electrical connectors.

  2. Object Number: 873751  Size: SH

    Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  3. Push the radio into position and install the screws.
  4. Tighten
    Tighten the radio screws to 2.5 N·m (22 lb in).

  5. Connect the accessory trim plate electrical connector(s).

  6. Object Number: 877771  Size: SH
  7. Align the retaining fasteners with the instrument panel (I/P).
  8. Push on the outer edge of the accessory trim plate in order to secure the retaining fasteners.
