Condition

Some customers may comment on a rattle noise from the right front area of the engine compartment. Technicians may find the noise easier to hear inside the vehicle rather than outside the vehicle.

Cause

The low side Air Conditioning (A/C) line may contact the right front frame rail just below the air cleaner assembly.

Correction
Object Number: 2130256 Size: SH

Technicians are to reposition the A/C line to provide sufficient clearance away from the frame rail. Refer to the illustration above, which shows the location of the A/C line contact point on the frame rail.
