As part of our ongoing quality improvement efforts regarding new components, the ECM will be placed on restriction through the PQC to assist Engineering with early product feedback. Your cooperation with this program is greatly appreciated.

Please complete the following questionnaire before contacting PQC at 1-866-654-7654.

ECM Questionnaire

1. Customer Concern (as it reads on the RO):
2. Is the customer concern repeatable?
3. List all DTCs:
4. Is there a CANDi module on the Tech 2?
5. Has the ALDL been checked for proper engagement with the Tech 2?
6. Is the ECM wiring harness routed properly? Verify no stretched or pinched wiring.
7. Have all engine grounds been checked?
8. Have the ECM connectors been checked for looseness or damage?

10. Document each step of the trouble chart (include all DVM readings):
11. Controller scan code (bar code on ECM):
12. Calibration/software ID# (from Tech2):

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
