(Headlamp High/Low Beam Changer): To change the headlamps from low to high beam, push the multifunction lever towards the instrument panel. To return to low-beam headlamps, push the lever towards the instrument panel again or pull the lever toward you. Then release it.

This indicator light on the instrument panel cluster is on while the high beam headlamps are on.
