Makes 🢒 Saturn 🢒 2008 🢒 Astra 🢒 Transmission/Transaxle 🢒 Automatic Transmission - AF17-4 🢒 Front Planetary Ring Gear Assemble

    Object Number: 2002734 Size: SH
  1. Install the front planetary ring gear O-ring seal (529).
  2. Install the front planetary ring gear flange (530) into the front planetary ring gear in the direction as shown in the figure.

    3. Object Number: 2002732 Size: SH
  3. Install the front planetary ring gear flange retaining ring (531) in the groove of the front planetary ring gear with snap ring pliers.

    4. Object Number: 2002731 Size: SH
  4. Install the overrun clutch thrust washer (527).
  5. Coat the inner surface of the front planetary ring gear with ATF.

    6. Object Number: 2002730 Size: SH

    Note: Do not mistake the direction of the one-way clutch.

  6. Install the overrun clutch end bearings (525) and the overrun one-way clutch (526).

    7. Object Number: 2002728 Size: SH
  7. Install the overrun clutch retaining ring (524) in the groove of the front planetary ring gear (528).

    8. Object Number: 2002726 Size: SH
  8. Install the overrun clutch inner race thrust bearing with race (523), the overrun clutch inner race thrust bearing race (522) and the overrun clutch inner race thrust washer (521).

    9. Object Number: 2002724 Size: SH
  9. Coat the outer surface of the overrun clutch inner race (520) with ATF.
  10. Install the overrun clutch inner race (520).

    11. Object Number: 2002735 Size: SH
  11. Hold the front planetary ring gear and turn the overrun clutch inner race, the inner race should turn freely counterclockwise and should lock clockwise.
