    Object Number: 2002541 Size: SH
  1. Remove the 2 manual shaft detent spring bolts (712) and the detent lever spring (711).

    2. Object Number: 2002542 Size: SH
  2. Remove the 2 manual shift shaft detent lever bolts (715 and 718).
  3. Remove the park pawl pin spring (704) and spring guide sleeve (705).
  4. Remove the park pawl lock guide (708).

    5. Object Number: 2002543 Size: SH
  5. Remove the park pawl shaft (700) and park pawl return spring (701).
  6. Remove the park pawl (702) from the transmission case assembly (17).

    7. Object Number: 2002549 Size: SH
  7. Remove the park pawl locking pin (703) and the park pawl stop pin (717).

    8. Object Number: 2002550 Size: SH
  8. Disconnect the park pawl actuator rod (709) from the manual shift shaft detent lever (710).

    9. Object Number: 2002554 Size: SH
  9. Using a chisel and hammer, cut the manual shift shaft spacer (714) and remove it.

    10. Object Number: 2002556 Size: SH
  10. Using a punch and hammer, drive out the manual shift shaft locking pin (719).

    11. Object Number: 2002558 Size: SH
  11. Slide out the manual shift shaft (716) and remove the manual shift shaft detent assembly (710).

    12. Object Number: 2002561 Size: SH
  12. Using a screwdriver, remove the manual shift shaft seal assembly (713).
