Removal Procedure


    Object Number: 1936331  Size: SH
  1. Remove the radiator grille.
  2. • Remove the 4 body-bound rivets.
    • Release from the front paneling upward.
    • Release the 6 clips.

  3. Release the solvent container at the top front.
  4. Remove the bolt (1).

  5. Release the solvent container at the base.
  6. Remove the 2 bolts (2).

    Important: Drain the washer solvent into a suitable container.

  7. Remove the hoses and wiring harness plugs.
  8.    Important: Depending on vehicle design.

    • Disconnect the 3 wiring harness plugs (1, 2).

       Important: Depending on vehicle design.

    • Disconnect the 3 hoses (3, 4).
    • Unclip the 3 hoses.
    • Remove the solvent container downward.
    • Remove the wiring harness.

    Important: Depending on vehicle design.

  9. Remove the attachment.
  10. • Remove the pump for the front and rear screens.
    • Remove the pump for the headlamp washer system.
    • Remove the fill level sensor.
    • Bring the pin to vertical position for removal.

Installation Procedure

    Important: Depending on vehicle design.

  1. Install the attachments.
  2. • Install the pump for the front and rear screens.
    • Install the pump for the headlamp washer system.
    • Install the fill level sensor.
  3. Install the solvent container at the base.
  4. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  5. Install the cable tie.
  6. Tighten
    Tighten the 2 screws to 3.5 N·m (31 lb in).

    Important: Depending on vehicle design.

  7. Install the hoses and the wiring harness plugs.
  8. • Connect the 3 wiring harness plugs.
    • Connect the 3 hoses.
  9. Install the solvent container at the top front.
  10. Tighten
    Tighten the bolt to 3.5 N·m (31 lb in).

  11. Install the radiator grille.
  12. • Insert the 4 body-bound rivets.
    • Install the front paneling downward.
    • Clip in the 6 clips.
  13. Top up the washer fluid.
