KM-6625 Flywheel Locking Device

1. Using the KM-6625 , block the crankshaft from rotating.

1.1.	Detach the screwed connection (1).

1.2.	Insert the KM-6625  (2).

1.3.	Tighten the screwed connection (3).

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.




2. Install the crankshaft balancer (1) and a NEW crankshaft balancer bolt (2).

Tighten

1. Tighten the bolt to 95 N·m (70 lb ft) - first pass.
2. Tighten the bolt 45 degrees +15 degrees - second pass
