The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
Condition/Concern:
There have been calls coming into TAC with callers stating they can NOT get the YAW sensor learned after it was replaced for another reason. The current service information has NOT been updated to correctly reflect the proper relearn procedure.
Recommendation/Instructions:
The service info corrections have been sent in, however for now please follow SI-2000 Document ID# 1470982.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
