Makes 🢒 Pontiac 🢒 2006 🢒 Vibe - FWD 🢒 Body 🢒 Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console 🢒 Air Distributor Duct Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the upper instrument panel (IP) assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Upper Trim Pad Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.

    2. Object Number: 836333 Size: SH
  2. Remove the four screws (1) from the upper air distribution duct (2).
  3. Remove the upper air distribution duct (2) duct from the upper IP panel (5).

    4. Object Number: 837610 Size: SH
  4. Remove the four push clips (1) from the lower air distribution duct (2).
  5. Separate the lower air distribution duct from the defroster duct.
  6. Remove the lower air distribution duct from the HVAC module assembly.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 837610 Size: SH
  1. Install the lower air distribution duct (2) to the HVAC module assembly.
  2. Connect the lower air distribution duct to the defroster duct.
  3. Secure the lower air distribution duct with the four push clips (1).

    4. Object Number: 836333 Size: SH
  4. Install the upper air distribution duct (2) to the upper IP panel (5). Secure with the four screws (1)
  5. Install the upper IP assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Upper Trim Pad Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
