Removal Procedure


    Object Number: 852193  Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection in Engine Electrical.
  2. Move the drivers seat to the full rearward position.
  3. Remove the 2 bolts (1).
  4. Fold the floor carpet to the inside.
  5. Disconnect the electrical connector (2).
  6. Remove the accessory AC/DC power control module (3) from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 852193  Size: SH

    Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  1. Install the accessory AC/DC power control module (3) to the vehicle. Secure the module (3) with the 2 bolts (1).
  2. Tighten
    Tighten the power control module bolts to 7.0 N·m (62 lb in).

  3. Fold the floor carpet to the inside.
  4. Connect the electrical connector (2).
  5. Move the drivers seat to it's original position.
  6. Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection in Engine Electrical.
