Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the radio. Refer to Radio Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 835770 Size: SH
  2. Remove the center knob from the HVAC control unit.
  3. Remove the screw from the control unit.
  4. Remove the center console and heater control trim panel (1).

    5. Object Number: 835774 Size: SH

    Important: Note the routing of the cable to make installation easier.

  5. Disconnect the temperature control cable from the HVAC control unit.
  6. Disconnect the temperature control cable from the HVAC module assembly .
  7. Remove the temperature control cable from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 835774 Size: SH
  1. Position the temperature control cable in the vehicle. Route the cable as previously noted.
  2. Connect the temperature control cable to the HVAC module assembly .
  3. Connect the temperature control cable to the HVAC control unit.

    4. Object Number: 835770 Size: SH
  4. Install the center console and heater control trim panel (1).
  5. Install the screw to the control unit.
  6. Install the center knob to the HVAC control unit.
  7. Install the radio. Refer to Radio Replacement .
