No Accessory Power Outlet in the Rear Cargo Area - keywords interior missing panel plug trim

The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.

There is no accessory power outlet in the rear cargo area. The Owners manual states "The accessory power outlets are located in front of the center console storage area, at the rear of the center console, and in the rear cargo area."

The owner's manual is incorrect, because there was a change mid 2006 model year to delete this option. This is not a mis-build and no repairs should be made to repair this concern.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
