Effective immediately, it is requested that all 1989 passenger cars A/C hoses and lines replaced under warranty be returned to:

Please return all parts as soon as possible after the repair is completed. When shipping the part (s), include a legible copy of the repair order.
This program will be in effect for the 1989 model year through September 1989.
Parts should be shipped pre-paid (DO NOT SHIP BY AIR). Claims for freight reimbursement are to be submitted once a month. Initiate one repair order for all freight charges using the Vehicle Identification Number and mileage of one vehicle which had a part failure.
Claims are to be submitted using labor operation D3088, for suction/discharge hose, D3083 for liquid line and D3085 for evaporator to accumulator line.
Freight claims are to be submitted using Labor Operation T4627 with Trouble Code 92. Freight expense must be listed in the sublet column. The dealer is responsible to retain and make available upon request the original paid receipts for freight costs.
