Preliminary Procedures

  1. Remove the fuse labeled HVAC CTRL (BATT).
  2. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) tie bar. Refer to Instrument Panel Tie Bar Replacement .
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

Tighten
1.5 N·m (13 lb in)

Mode Actuator

Procedure

    • Disconnect the actuator electrical connector.
    • Recalibrate the Actuator. Refer to Actuator Recalibration
