Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1620167 Size: SH
  1. Remove the inside channel weatherstrip from the rear door. Refer to Inner Belt Sealing Strip Replacement .
  2. Remove the outside channel weatherstrip from the rear doors. Refer to Outer Belt Sealing Strip Replacement .
  3. Remove the rear door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Insert Replacement .

    4. Important: In case of the deluxe type, remove the seal trim after removing the door pocket handle bracket.

  4. Remove the rear door seal trim (1).
  5. Remove the door pocket handle bracket (2).

  6. Remove the guide piece screw (2).
  7. Remove the guide piece (1).

    8. Object Number: 1220565 Size: SH
  8. Remove the upper guide rail bolts (2).
  9. Lift up and remove the upper guide rail and the glass run simultaneously (1).
  10. Remove the upper guide rail and the glass run.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1220567 Size: SH
  1. Install the upper guide rail and the rear door glass run.
  2. Install the guide piece with the screw.
  3. Install the rear door seal trim.
  4. Install the rear door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Insert Replacement .
  5. Install the outside channel weatherstrip to the rear door. Refer to Outer Belt Sealing Strip Replacement .
  6. Install the inside channel weatherstrip to the rear door. Refer to Inner Belt Sealing Strip Replacement .
