Removal Procedure
Drain the cooling system. Refer to
Cooling System Draining and Filling
.
Use
J 38185
in order to reposition the hose clamp from the radiator.
Remove the radiator hose (3) from the radiator outlet (2).
Use
J 38185
in order to reposition the hose clamp from the water pump housing.
Remove the radiator outlet hose from the water pump housing.
Installation Procedure
Align the marks on the hose. Install the radiator outlet hose to the water pump housing.
Use
J 38185
in order to reposition the hose clamp to the water pump housing.
Install the radiator hose (3) onto the outlet port (2) of the radiator.
Use
J 38185
in order to reposition the hose clamp to the radiator.
Fill the cooling system. Refer to
Cooling System Draining and Filling

Remove the radiator outlet hose from the engine.
Installation Procedure
Align the marks on the hose. Install the radiator outlet hose to the engine.
Use

in order to reposition the hose clamp to the engine.
Install the radiator outlet hose to the radiator.
Use
J 38185
in order to reposition the hose clamp to the radiator.
Fill the cooling system. Refer to
