To gain helpful product feedback information on the new Getrag 284 5- speed manual transaxle, an exchange program is now in effect and will continue until further notice.

If your dealership receives a concern on a Getrag 284 5-speed manual transaxle on 1991 Pontiac and Oldsmobile W models, Do NOT perform any service on the transaxle.

Fill out the attached information form (reproduced locally).

Contact your Technical Assistance Department for service information.

No service shall be performed on the transaxle other than what will be instructed by your Technical Assistance Department.
