CPC Headquarters GM-10 Parts Return Room 291-33 Attention: R. Odendahl 30001 Van Dyke Warren, MI 48090
To make the Grand Prix a "world class" contender, the Grand Prix Engineering Group has requested all parts except glass, batteries and transaxle assemblies be returned for their evaluation. This will also allow the assembly plant and their suppliers to evaluate defective parts.
This program will not penalize the dealer if parts are found not defective.
This return program runs until further notice.
Return parts as soon as the repair order is completed. You do not need to wait until the claim is paid. A copy of the repair order must be packaged protectively with the part(s).
Ship prepaid - do not send by air.
Submit one type F claim monthly for freight reimbursement. Your help and cooperation will make the Grand Prix a world class quality vehicle.
General Motors bulletins are intended for use by professional technicians, not a "do-it-yourselfer". They are written to inform those technicians of conditions that may occur on some vehicles, or to provide information that could assist in the proper service of a vehicle. Properly trained technicians have the equipment, tools, safety instructions and know-how to do a job properly and safely. If a condition is described, do not assume that the bulletin applies to your vehicle, or that your vehicle will have that condition. See a General Motors dealer servicing your brand of General Motors vehicle for information on whether your vehicle may benefit from the information.
