Condition: Some 1988-90 Grand Prix models assembled prior to VIN LF296738 may exhibit a squawking noise from the front of the vehicle at low ambient temperatures and normal vehicle operation.
Cause: May be caused by the front stabilizer bar rotating in the lower control arm stabilizer bar insulators.
Correction: Replace existing lower control arm stabilizer bar insulators with new high compression insulators P/N 10152155 (2 required) following applicable service manual procedure.
