Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1353610 Size: SH
  1. Open the door.
  2. Remove the 2 bolts (3).
  3. Remove the 2 nuts (1) attaching the door check link (2) to the door.
  4. Remove the door check link (2).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1353610 Size: SH
  1. Position the door check link (2) to the door.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the 2 nuts (1) attaching the check link (2) to the door.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the check link nuts to 14 N·m (10 lb ft).

  3. Install the 2 door check link to door jamb bolts (3).

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the check link to door jamb bolts to 6 N·m (4.4 lb ft).

  4. Close the door.
