Frame Brace Replacement Front

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .



2. Remove the rear frame brace bolts (4).



3. Remove the front frame brace bolts (1).
4. Remove the frame brace (3).

1. Install the frame brace (3).

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

2. Install the front frame brace bolts (1).

Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).




3. Install the rear frame brace bolts.

Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).

4. Lower the vehicle.

Frame Brace Replacement Rear

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .



2. Remove the frame brace bolts (2-4).
3. Remove the frame brace (1).

1. Install the frame brace (1).

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

2. Install the frame brace bolts (4).

Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).

3. Install the frame brace bolts (2, 3).

Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).

4. Lower the vehicle.
