1. WITH IGNITION "ON", READ THE ENGINE TEMPERATURE USING A TECH I TOOL.
2. IF THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER ENGINE TEMPERATURE GAGE DOES NOT INDICATE WITHIN + OR - 20 DEGREES OF THE TECH I READING, REPLACE THE CLUSTER IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 8C OF THE SERVICE MANUAL.
THIS CONDITION HAS BEEN CORRECTED ON ALL SERVICE REPLACEMENT CLUSTERS.
