SUBJECT: SERVICE MANUAL UPDATE - SECTION 6E3 DRIVEABILITY AND EMISSIONS (REVISED TOOL NUMBER FOR BALANCER PULL

VEHICLES AFFECTED: 1991 "C" 3800 ENGIN

This bulletin is to revise the tool number for the harmonic balancer puller on page 6E3-C4-8 in DRIVEABILITY AND EMISSIONS (Section 6E3) in the 1991 Buick and Oldsmobile 3800 (VIN L) "C" car Service Manuals.

The tool number for the balancer puller is J 38197.

This puller will work on all 1991 3300 and 3800 engines with pressed on balancers.
