Removal Procedure
  1. Align the sunshade to the full open position.
  2. Move the sunroof glass panel to the vent position.

    3. Object Number: 470705 Size: SH
  3. Remove the 4 sunroof screws, 2 on each side.
  4. Remove the sunroof glass panel from the sunroof module.

Installation Procedure
  1. Align the sunroof glass panel to the sunroof module. Ensure that the information logo stencil is toward the rear of the opening.

    2. Object Number: 470705 Size: SH

    Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  2. Install the sunroof glass panel to sunroof module screws.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the sunroof glass panel to sunroof module screws to 4 N·m (35 lb in).

  3. Adjust the sunroof glass panel. Refer to Sunroof Panel Vertical Adjustment .
  4. Open and close the sunroof glass panel to test for proper operation.
