Sunroof Drain Hose Replacement Front

1. Remove the parking brake lever (left front hose replacement only). Refer to Parking Brake Lever Pedal Assembly Replacement in Park Brake.
2. Remove the acoustical patch.
3. Remove the headliner. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.



4. Slide the sunroof drain hose off the connector tube.
5. Remove the sunroof drain hose from the vehicle.

Pull the sunroof drain hose out through the bottom.

Important: Lubricate each end of the sunroof drain hose with general purpose lubricant GM P/N 12345579 or equivalent.




1. Align the sunroof drain hose to the vehicle.
2. Attach the sunroof drain hose to the sunroof connector.
3. Install the headliner. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
4. Install the acoustical patch.
5. Install the parking brake lever (left front hose replacement only). Refer to Parking Brake Lever Pedal Assembly Replacement in Park Brake.

Sunroof Drain Hose Replacement Rear

1. Remove the rear seat cushion. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Replacement in Seats.
2. Remove the rear seat back. Refer to Rear Seat Back Replacement in Seats.
3. Remove the rear quarter upper trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Upper Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
4. Remove the headliner. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.



5. Slide the sunroof rear drain hose from the connector tube.



6. Remove the sunroof rear drain hose from the rear pillar.
7. Remove the sunroof rear drain hose (1) from the drain tube at the base of the rear pillar.
8. Remove the sunroof rear drain hose from the vehicle.

1. Align the sunroof rear drain hose to the vehicle.

Important: Lubricate each end of the hose with general purpose lubricant GM P/N 12345579 or equivalent . A channel is provided in the inner sheet metal for the routing of the drain hose, use tape to secure the hose in this channel.

2. Install the sunroof rear drain hose to the drain tube at the base of the rear pillar.



3. Install the sunroof rear drain hose (1) to the rear pillar.
4. Slide the sunroof rear drain hose onto the connector tube.
5. Install the headliner. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
6. Install the upper rear quarter trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Upper Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
7. Install the rear seat back. Refer to Rear Seat Back Replacement in Seats.
8. Install the rear seat cushion. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Replacement in Seats.
