Removal Procedure
  1. Drain the engine coolant from the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .

    2. Object Number: 339454 Size: SH
  2. Remove the radiator drain cock and seal by aligning the pin on the drain plug to the notch on the radiator and pulling straight out. The seal usually comes out attached to the plug.
  3. Clean the drain and the drain cock.
  4. Inspect the drain and the drain cock. Repair or replace as necessary.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 339454 Size: SH
  1. Install the seal on the drain cock stem.
  2. Install the drain cock. Make sure that the body is fully seated in the side tank.
  3. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
