Go to Step 3

1. Start the engine.
2. Install a scan tool.
3. Select IPC Data Menu.

Is the vehicle speed reading on the scan tool the same as the indicated vehicle speed on the speedometer?

Go to Powertrain On Board Diagnostic (OBD) System Check

Go to Step 4

Replace the instrument panel cluster. Refer to Instrument Cluster Replacement .

Did you complete the repair?

Operate the system in order to verify the repair.

Did you correct the condition?
