Removal Procedure


    Object Number: 183038  Size: SH
  1. Remove the bolts from the front fender liner at the front bumper fascia.

  2. Object Number: 363708  Size: SH
  3. Remove the nut from the stud at rear of front fender liner.
  4. Remove the bolt from the front tab of the front fender liner at the lower engine compartment side rail.
  5. Remove the bolts from the front fender liner at the rear of fender.
  6. Remove the screws from the front fender liner.
  7. Remove the front fender liner from fender.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 363708  Size: SH
  1. Install the front fender liner to the wheelhouse opening over the stud.
  2. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  3. Install the front fender liner stud nut.
  4. Tighten
    Tighten the nut to 3 N·m (27 lb in).

  5. Install the front fender to front liner bumper fascia bolts .
  6. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 2 N·m (18 lb in).


    Object Number: 363708  Size: SH
  7. Install the bolts to the front fender liner at the rear of fender.
  8. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 7 N·m (61 lb in).

  9. Install the bolt to the front tab of the front fender liner at the lower engine compartment side rail.
  10. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 7 N·m (61 lb in).

  11. Install the front fender liner screws.
  12. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 2 N·m (18 lb in).
